Vernacular Irish Farm Buildings

Woodfield House is a wonderful example of a traditional Wexford mud-built farmhouse dating from the sixteenth century.

A short presentation on the building and its origins, including a visit to the highly unusual on-site marl hole from which the mud used in building the house originated, can be added to your visit.
